Bullet Baseball Places Three on All-Star Roster
This week, LHSAA released the 2009 All-Star Rosters and with little surprise, we see some familiar names.
Heading up the list Bullet All-Stars is Sam Houston shortstop, Tyler Theriot. Then you have Barbe outfielder Tanner Mathis. Pitchers on the roster are JT Chagois from Sulphur
Bullet Baseball would like to congratulate these young men on this outstanding accomplishment. Not only is it a reflection of their hard work and dedication, but mostly their pure love of the game. We also congratulate their parents and coaches, for without their love and support, it would not have been possible.
Two of these young men are still pursuing their respective State titles in the 4A and 5A State Tournaments. Tyler Theriot and Philip Menou lead their Sam Houston Bronco team against two-time defending State Champion Zachary High Broncos. Tanner Mathis will try to make the Barbe Bucs a back-to-back State Champion. Barbe faces Rummel on Friday and needs three wins to repeat as champions.
Best of luck to all! Keep making us proud!
