The Pirates are making good on their promise to spend in the draft. One day after signing eight-round pick Colton Cain $1,125,000, Pittsburgh struck again on Saturday. The Pirates inked sixth-rounder Zack Von Rosenberg for $1.2 million. Those are the two biggest bonuses outside the first round so far this year.
